Nursing Staff
Seen in terms of time the patient will have the most contacts with the nursing staff. These nurses possess an education on a high level and are highly motivated. We implemented internal training programs for them to keep them on the newest nursing know how. Most of them speak English. There are always nurses on the ward around the clock to provide optimal and gapless medical coverage.

In close consultation with the treating physicians the nurses execute the planned treatment on the ward: they administer medications, change wound dressing and support patients with their personal hygiene and if necessary during eating.
We try to appoint male nurses to male patients and female nurses to female patients, but this can not be guaranteed during the whole week, especially during the nights.  |
